CHANGE OVER TO SNOW AFTER NOON ON WEDNESDAY. 
SNOWFALL AFTER NOON
IS EXPECTED TO ACCUMULATE 2 TO 4 INCHES BEFORE 
DISSIPATING
THURSDAY MORNING.  NORTHERLY WINDS OF 15 TO 20 
MPH WITH
GUSTS TO 25 MPH MAY REDUCE VISIBILITIES BELOW 1 
MILE AT TIMES.

CONDITIONS CAN DETERIORATE RAPIDLY IN WINTER
